Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please provide us with your Order Number and contact information and reason for return, via email at info925chic@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for standard returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, 925Chic will not cover return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking .

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
